After many days and calls with unresponsive monitors, Mr. Archer not only returned my calls promptly, but demonstrated care to my dire situation. I hadn't seen my kids in months. Regardless of all the extenuating circumstances he displayed a true regard for the kids and that is what stood out for me. He remained very neutral, was professional, understood sensitivities from both parties and was fully capable of handling three young children during sensitive exchanges.

Visits with Mr. Archer were pleasant. He remained flexible whenever possible and took detailed notes that were helpful in court. Despite all the allegations brought against me, Mr. Archer treated me like a person and still remained vigilant to ensure we were following all of the rules and protocols.
