Services Offered

Supervised Visitations

Contact between a non-custodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person that is responsible for observing and ensuring safety.

Supervised Exchanges

The transfer of a child or children from one parent to another at a neutral location so that there is no interaction between the two. The presence of a monitor is limited to the exchange only. The visit of a child with a parent is unsupervised.

Virtual Visitations

Supervised visitations that are not done in person. They may include use of telephones, Zoom or other virtual mediums. Note: virtual visits are setup so that the monitor is the one hosting. Since the monitor is the one that hosts virtual visits, they may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the monitor.

Overnight Visits

Visits in which the non-custodial parent is allowed to host the minor child overnight but must have a monitor present.

Travel and Extended Visitations

Visits in which the non-custodial parent has received permission to go on vacation or some other extended travel in which a monitor is required.

Visitations on Holidays

Visits that occur on holidays. These are subject to an additional charge.

Adult and Elder Visitations

Visits in which there is no minor child. Instead, visits are facilitated for vulnerable adults with disabilities or elders.

Court Reports

Monitor reports include unbiased factual observations and direct statements, not opinions or recommendations. Reports may be requested from either party and/ or attorney to be used in court. There is a separate fee for reports.

Subpoena Testimony in Court

Monitors may be called to testify in court through subpoena by either party. There is a separate fee for subpoena testimony.
